1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and k11777 ("k11777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the k11777 online gaming platform accessible at https://k11777.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with k11777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the k11777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. k11777 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Gambling by persons under 21 is illegal in the Philippines and is strictly prohibited on this Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register as players.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of k11777, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program that covers k11777.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All wagers must be placed for your own personal account and entertainment only.

k11777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the k11777 Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one k11777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Mobile Number Verification: Registration requires verification of a valid Philippine mobile number via one-time password (OTP). k11777 accepts mobile numbers registered with Globe, Smart, DITO, and other Philippine network operators.
• Account Ownership: Your k11777 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include: SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, driver's license, passport, PRC ID, voter's ID, and postal ID. k11777 may request additional documentation at its discretion.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your k11777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including k11777 customer support staff. k11777 will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify k11777 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

k11777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified k11777 of a security breach prior to such activity.

5. Deposits & Payments

k11777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Philippine players:

• GCash — instant deposit, no minimum bank account required
• PayMaya / Maya — instant deposit
• Bank Transfer — BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card — Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. k11777 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. k11777 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

All transactions on the k11777 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• k11777 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• k11777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

k11777 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms and conditions.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible games and contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Abuse: k11777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional terms is detected.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. k11777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the k11777 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action. k11777's RNG systems are subject to independent technical audits on a regular basis.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, k11777 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible , the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance. k11777's decision in such matters is final.

Players are expected to conduct themselves with integrity at all times. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting software (bots), engage in collusion with other players, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k11777 Platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing k11777 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

k11777 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take any action it deems appropriate, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the k11777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of k11777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of k11777.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, k11777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for purposes other than entertainment.

k11777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your k11777 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude k11777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Responsible Gaming

k11777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

k11777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, k11777 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as voluntary closure or inactivity — any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal limits and KYC requirements.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the k11777 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact k11777 customer support and allow a period of 30 days for k11777 to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. k11777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

15. Amendments to These Terms

k11777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, k11777 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
